We have been working with Jenny of Solicitude Training for the last year and can honestly say that Jenny has worked continuously to improve our group of care homes. Jenny started off doing mock inspections and has gone from there ensuring that our managers feel supported as well as advising them on the acute clinical aspects of their respective homes.

Working with Jenny has been really simple, she has always maintained that she will do whatever is required to help and benefit the services.

The trainer, had created a relaxed session where learners were put at their ease, so that they felt comfortable to ask questions as well as discuss the first aid situations they had experienced.

This was a very positive visit, where very good practice was evident during the training and both Centre staff were fully engaged and keen to produce excellent training.

This was one of the most interesting trainings that I have attended and the way it was presented was easy to follow, clear and interactive which made it easy to learn.

The trainer was excellent and knowledgeable. Really got good talent in teaching and keeping the class really active. I would like to have more training like this covering different subjects for RGN’s.
